Your Responsibilities

Are you an experienced process operator looking for new challenges? We are now seeking a responsible and committed Process Operator in Kristinehamn within the pulp industry. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for monitoring and operating machines while leading and delegating tasks to your colleagues on shift.

As a Process Operator, you will:

Be responsible for operating and monitoring machines during your shift.
Work closely with your team to ensure that production runs efficiently and without interruptions.
Delegate tasks and lead the work for employees on the floor, such as pushing fabrics, cleaning, and driving forklifts.
Ensure that all processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

A completed high school education and post-secondary education related to process operation, along with work experience in the field.
Experience in forklift driving is an advantage.
The ability to work independently while leading and coordinating work within the team.
As a person, we are looking for someone who is alert, sees what needs to be done, and intervenes without hesitation.
